Dominion Builders Secures Renovation Contract for The Pankey Institute


Dominion Builders is pleased to announce that it was awarded a $1.5 million contract to renovate The Pankey Institute, a non-profit educational organization, located at 1 Crandon Boulevard in Key Biscayne, dedicated to providing continuing education to practicing dental professionals.

The renovation of the three-story facility includes a complete revamp of the second floor, which consists of a conference center, dental training facility, laboratory and x-ray areas. The dedicated third floor will be built-out to include 21 private hospitality base rooms for visiting dental trainees. The renovation is slated for completion in February 2018.
