The Elmir Group, led by Karen Elmir, is pleased to announce Crystal Tejera as its newest realtor associate. In her role, Tejera will handle sales for project listings and will assist clients with transitioning into Miami. In addition, Tejera will serve as charity liaison, where she will spearhead all charitable endeavors for The Elmir Group.

Tejera joins The Elmir Group with a strong knowledge of the local education community from early childhood to college prep. She will consult clients on selecting and touring the finest public and private schools for their children to attend. 

Tejera received a master’s degree in education from University of Miami and a bachelor’s degree in education from Florida International University. She has a passion for fitness, personal development and charity and is involved with a number of charitable organizations. She serves as an ambassador for The Little Lighthouse Foundation, which has several facility partnerships including: Lotus House Women’s Shelter, Miami Bridge, Children's Home Society of Florida, Chapman Partnership, YWCA and Success University.
