Joshua N. Goldglantz

Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that private wealth services attorney Joshua N. Goldglantz was recently accepted into the third class of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

Joshua N. Goldglantz practices in Gunster’s Boca Raton office in the areas of tax, estate planning and asset protection planning for high net worth individuals and families.

The Florida Fellows Institute was created to develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations. Lawyers are selected for the institute after being nominated by a Florida ACTEC fellow and then completing a competitive application process.

Class III begins in October 2017 and concludes in April 2018 (see schedule details on the institute’s website).

In 2017, Goldglantz achieved Florida Bar board certification in the area of wills, trusts and estates. He earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 2007, and his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida the following year. Goldglantz has been selected as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers the past few years.

Additional Gunster attorneys selected for the Florida Fellows Institute include Cristina Papanikos and Alyse Reiser Comiter (both are graduates of 2015-2016 Class I). Find out more about Gunster’s private wealth legal team.

ACTEC is a national organization of lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.
