Broward Education Foundation Establishes Fund for Hurricane Irma Relief Efforts


As part of an effort to help students and families in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, Broward Education Foundation has established an online fundraising campaign in which 100 percent of contributions will benefit the most vulnerable and hardest hit in the community. Donations can be made at

“Our goal is to give a sense of normalcy back to Broward County Public School students, teachers and families affected by Hurricane Irma,” said Broward Education Foundation Executive Director Shea Ciriago. “Funds raised through the generous support of companies, organizations and individual donors will be awarded based on need.”

Broward Education Foundation is a Florida 501(c)3 organization and the only one solely designated to support Broward County Public Schools.
