The Commonwealth Institute of South Florida (TCI), a nonprofit committed to advancing women in business, will host its 14th annual Leadership Luncheon at the Port of Miami on board the Celebrity Equinox cruise ship on October 27th. The luncheon will feature an intimate conversation with Shelley Zalis, CEO of The Female Quotient and Founder of The Girls’ Lounge, and Katie Kempner, Founder of Kempner Communications and “Perspectives with Katie Kempner” where they dig deep into her journey, path to success, and lessons learned along the way. This event brings like-minded professional women in leadership positions together to share in the inspiring story of one of the country’s top women executives.

Shelley’s story is one driven by passion as she left the corporate world to create OTX (Online Testing Exchange), which in just nine years became one of the largest and fastest growing research companies in the world. She sold OTX in 2010, where she led global innovation in over 80 countries, and recently launched The Female Quotient and Girls’ Lounge, which supports and mentors women to find their voice, embrace their feminine leadership powers and work together to transform corporate culture.
