Denholtz Associates Inks Leases with Three Companies at University Corporate Center in Winter Park, Fla.

Denholtz Associates, a privately held, fully integrated real estate development, investment and management company, announced office leases with JourneyPure Orlando for 3,264 square feet, TradeStar, Inc. for 2,557 square feet and Yotta Sky Group for 2,550 square feet at 6903-7129 University Boulevard in the University Corporate Center in Winter Park, Fla.

University Corporate Center consists of seven single-story, multi-tenant buildings on 12.2 acres offering units ranging from 1,300 to 20,800 square feet. Conveniently located a half-mile east of the intersection of State Road 436 and University Boulevard, University Corporate Center is just six miles east of downtown Orlando and near the University of Central Florida and the Central Florida Research Park. Orlando International Airport is 13 miles from the park and Interstate 4, Routes 441 and 50 and Highway 417 all converge near the park’s center.

JourneyPure is a behavioral healthcare company built around deploying systems of care to treat those suffering from addiction. Yotta Sky has experience in working with clients, both large and small, on a wide range of marketing and graphic projects. Their lease in Winter Park will enable them to better meet the needs of clients in Orlando and expand their business in the rapidly growing metro area.
