Oscar Banegas joins commercial real estate firm as investment associate

Franklin Street, a full-service, vertically integrated commercial real estate firm, has added Oscar Banegas as an Investment Associate, specializing in multifamily properties in the South Florida market. He is responsible for advising clients on disposition strategies and trends, navigating methods to optimize value, preparing offering memorandums, pricing analysis proposals and marketing efforts.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Banegas served as a Sales Associate at First Step Realty Group, LLC, where he helped investors structure deals for the purchase of income-producing properties in Miami. He assisted buyers by creating financial models to measure the profitability of potential investments and conducting financial analyses for asset valuation and cash flow projections.

Banegas is a graduate of Florida International University. He will work out of Franklin Street’s Fort Lauderdale office.
