Acquisition of the 38,588-square-foot Lantana, Florida elementary school is nearby ESJ’s middle school
ESJ Capital Partners, LLC, a full-service asset management firm based in Aventura, Florida, has purchased Palm Beach Maritime Academy’s elementary school for $7.2 million. The purchase accompanies the nearby Palm Beach Maritime middle school portion ESJ currently owns. The seller was Palm Beach Maritime Museum Inc.
The property, located at 1518 West Lantana Road, has 38,588square-feet of space and includes a McDonald’s ground lease and adjacent Dollar General store. Sitting on 4.6 acres, Palm Beach Maritime Academy is located within the Palm Beach County district and is approximately 10 miles from Downtown West Palm Beach.
