Kelley Kronenberg Welcomes Four Attorneys to its Fort Lauderdale Office

Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, announced that Kathryn A. Desire, William (Bill) F. Mueller, Kyle S. Roberts, and Aamir H. Saeed have joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office as Attorneys.

Kathryn A. Desire assists in handling matters related to Workers’ Compensation defense. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, she worked as an attorney with a Miami-based insurance defense firm where she gained experience handling first party property insurance defense.

Ms. Desire earned a double Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida International University and earned her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Miami School of Law on a Dean’s Honor Scholarship. While attending law school, she served as President of the Black Law Students Association and was an editor on the Race and Social Justice Law Review. She is admitted to practice law in Florida.

William (Bill) F. Mueller assists in handling matters related to Real Property Litigation for banks and other financial services providers.  Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, he worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit in West Palm Beach.

Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Mueller was a U.S. Naval Submariner and a business executive. He was responsible for the real estate operations of a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded company and served as Chief Re-Structuring Officer for a complex real estate project in which he re-covered approximately $70M in value for shareholders. He is a licensed CPA in Florida and Virginia, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Circuit Mediator, and a Florida Real Estate Broker.

Mr. Mueller earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of the State of New York. He earned his Master of Business Administration Degree and Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he served as the Executive Editor of the Nova Law Review. He also clerked for the Honorable Barry S. Seltzer as well as United States Attorney’s Office in its Economic Crimes Unit, both in the Southern District of Florida. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.

Kyle S. Roberts assists in handling matters related to Third Party Insurance Defense and General Liability. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate at a boutique insurance defense law firm where he gained valuable experience as a litigator. Following law school, he served as a Graduate Fellow at the Fourth District Court of Appeal, where he worked on civil and criminal appellate matters.

Mr. Roberts earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida Atlantic University and his Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Nova Law Review and as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Aamir H. Saeed assists in handling matters related to First Party Insurance Defense and Third Party Insurance Litigation. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, he worked was an associate at a Florida law firm where he litigated foreclosure matters for banks and other financial service providers.

Mr. Saeed earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Mr. Saeed served as a General Counsel Intern for a pharmaceuticals company as well as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade County Public Defender. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
