In this role, Lindblad’s responsibilities include oversight of all loan production, growth, and business development efforts in the region, with particular focus on Florida’s housing markets.

Lindblad brings over 28 years of experience to Stearns Retail. Prior to joining the company, he served as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager at Prospect Mortgage, where he was responsible for all production and growth for Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Kentucky, North Carolina and Tennessee. Lindblad also led the company's expansion for all geography east of the Rocky Mountains.

Earlier in his career, Lindblad held leadership positions at several mortgage companies, including Wells Fargo, Countrywide and Pinnacle Financial. He also has experience in the home-building industry. Lindblad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University.
