George Montes and Alexandra Cartaya

Palmer Trinity School (PTS) is pleased to announce the addition of two new hires to its development team, George Montes as Director of Annual Fund and Alexandra Cartaya as Director of Alumni Relations.

“We are delighted for the addition of George and Alexandra to our dynamic development team. They bring knowledge, skill and experience and we are confident their contributions will help us reach our goals in the upcoming school year and beyond,” stated Patrick Roberts, Head of School.

George Montes comes to Palmer Trinity with thirteen years of experience in education. Most recently, Montes worked as the Director of Development at Westminster Christian School where he raised Annual Fund participation by 45%. This background has helped Montes make an easy transition into his current position at Palmer Trinity, where he will work with Board members, parents and faculty. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Barry University.

Alexandra Cartaya has been working with students for more than 15 years. Prior to joining PTS, she served as the Marketing and Enrollment Director at St. Brendan High School. She was previously the Development Director and worked extensively with alumni at St. Brendan’s. During her career, Cartaya has also worked in the capacities of director, coach, teacher, and camp counselor at St. Brendan High School and Belen Summer Camp in Miami and St. Genevieve High School in California. Cartaya earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, and a Master of Education in curriculum and instruction technology. She has also received development and enrollment management training through Catholic Schools Management.
