Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel LLP today announced Miami Of Counsel Jon A. Sale has been appointed by U.S. Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Bill Nelson (D-FL) to serve on the Florida Federal Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) for the 115th Congress.
The JNC is charged with identifying and recommending to the senators highly qualified individuals for consideration to become U.S. district judges in each of the three judicial districts in Florida.
Sale will serve as a member of the JNC Southern District. Co-Chair of Broad and Cassel’s White Collar Defense and Compliance department, Sale is a leading white collar criminal defense attorney experienced in representing corporations and individuals in grand jury investigations and in diverse and complex criminal litigation. He has extensive experience with internal investigations and Department of Justice policies and procedures.
