Andrew B. Blasi, shareholder with Shapiro, Blasi, Wasserman & Hermann, P.A., was named to Florida Trend’s “Florida Legal Elite 2017,” a highly selective list of top attorneys throughout the state. The annual list includes less than 1.5 percent of the active Florida Bar members who practice in Florida. Blasi was once again recognized for excellence in the area of real estate law.

Blasi, a founding shareholder of the firm, is approaching thirty-five years of practice experience in South Florida. He focuses his law practice on business transactions and contracts, commercial and residential real estate and finance, as well as real estate development, mortgage and asset-based lending, business workouts, dispute resolution and creditors’ rights.  In addition, he also handles litigation and arbitration of disputes in those practice areas.  He long ago earned a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review AV-Preeminent Rating and has been repeatedly included in Florida Super Lawyers Magazine.

Blasi earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1983.
