CBRE Group, Inc., has been assigned to manage Eustis Village Center, a 156,927-square-foot, Publix-anchored retail center in Eustis, Florida. The center is located at the intersection of Highway 441 and David Walker Drive in Lake County’s Golden Triangle, a popular area for retirees and families. The intersection has a combined traffic count of approximately 49,000 vehicles per day. Among the 19 tenants are Bealls, Cato, GNC, Hallmark, and Sally Beauty Supply.

The CBRE team in charge of the assignment is spearheaded by Patricia Nooney, Senior Managing Director of CBRE Asset Services, Betsy Bullard, Director for Orlando and the management team of Wendy Williford, Senior Real Estate Manager and GailMarie Frazier, Associate Real Estate Manger.
