Moss Names David Fellows EVP

Moss has named David Fellows executive vice president. Mr. Fellows has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

In his new capacity, Mr. Fellows will oversee the preconstruction phase on a national level, including pre-planning, design management, contract negotiations, conceptual and detail estimating, scheduling, value engineering and constructability. Previously, he was the vice president at John Moriarty & Associates.

Mr. Fellows earned a Bachelor of Science in construction management from the University of Florida. He is an active member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and regularly volunteers for Habitat for Humanity.

Mr. Fellows and his wife reside in Sunny Isles Beach.
