Marshall Dennehey Adds Three Associates in South Florida

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, a leading civil defense litigation law firm, has added Mary E. Corbin, Coleen M. Crocco and Harold F. Pryor, Jr. as associates in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Ms. Corbin and Ms. Crocco join the firm’s Professional Liability Department and Mr. Pryor joins the Casualty Department.

Mary E. Corbin focuses her practice on representing insurance companies in litigation. Throughout her legal career, she has represented individuals, corporations, and other entities in real estate law, personal injury, employment law, and other commercial matters. Prior to entering law in 2010, she worked in Washington, D.C. as manager of Regional and Bilateral Programs in the International Policy Department of the American National Standards Institute.

Ms. Corbin earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University and her juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating second in her class. She is admitted to practice in Florida and Tennessee.

Coleen M. Crocco represents and defends insurance companies in coverage disputes and first-party property litigation. Before joining Marshall Dennehey, she was employed at prominent South Florida law firms handling first- and third-party property defense litigation, premises liability claims, auto accidents and breach of contract.

Ms. Crocco earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Montevallo and received a degree in Legal Assisting from Broward College. She earned her juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While attending law school, she clerked for a law firm handling first- and third-party insurance defense litigation, insurance fraud investigation, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and Bodily Injury coverage. She is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Harold F. Pryor, Jr. practices in a wide array of areas, including negligent security, product liability, premises liability, general negligent business operations and automotive liability matters. He also devotes a portion of his practice to general PIP litigation and insurance coverage matters. Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, he was an Assistant State Attorney with the Broward County State Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted a wide variety of crimes. He has tried more than 30 jury trials to verdict throughout the course of his career.

Mr. Pryor is a Board member of the Broward County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, a member of The Florida Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Diversity and Inclusion, a Fellow of the Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Florida Bar Leadership Academy (Class IV), and was a member of the New Leaders Council of Broward County 2016. He currently serves as President-elect for the TJ Reddick Bar Association.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida and his juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Florida.
