Fabrica Pizza Will Bring Modern Italian Offerings to the Development
The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the southeast, announced today that Fabrica Pizza, a contemporary Neapolitan pizzeria, will become a tenant at The Hermitage Apartment Homes™. This marks Fabrica Pizza’s second restaurant after its downtown Tampa location launched two years ago.
Fabrica Pizza is set to occupy nearly 2,000 square feet on the ground floor of The Hermitage Apartment Homes, featuring its popular menu of built-to-order pizzas and Italian dining found in its Tampa location in the Channel District.

Recognizing the growth and vast potential of downtown St. Petersburg’s Central Arts District, The Hermitage Apartment Homes is designed to be at the heart of this growing hub of activity where people can relish in a live, work, play environment.
Situated on two acres, the eight-story building is becoming a destination and landmark within downtown St. Petersburg, becoming further ingrained in the area’s cultural and artistic scene.

The Hermitage Apartment Homes is comprised of 348 rental units, including studios, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Additionally, the development pays homage to the Hermitage Art Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia, with artwork by local artists showcased throughout the building’s main lobby.
With more than 50 percent of the rental units already leased, The Hermitage Apartment Homes opened on May 17th. This is The Allen Morris Company’s 81st development.
