Cedano Realty Advisors’ Alex Acker, CCIM Miami District Immediate Past President Frank Rodriguez Melo, CCIM, and Broker Associate Michele Palinsky have negotiated a 3,150-square-foot lease deal on behalf of Univision Interactive Media, Inc. at within MADE at the Citadel, a shared space of Makers, Artists, Designers and Entrepreneurs, located within Little Haiti at 8325 NE 2ndAvenue in Miami, Florida.
Univision is planning to utilize the space as a musician’s studio hub.

MADE offers 24/7 access, free WiFi, customizable space, conference rooms, a mailing address for its members, printing services, coffee and beer.

Conway Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Uptown Miami 8325, LLC, in the lease deal.
