Cedano Realty Advisors Brings Univision To Little Haiti’s MADE At The Citadel

Cedano Realty Advisors’ Alex Acker, CCIM Miami District Immediate Past President Frank Rodriguez Melo, CCIM, and Broker Associate Michele Palinsky have negotiated a 3,150-square-foot lease deal on behalf of Univision Interactive Media, Inc. at within MADE at the Citadel, a shared space of Makers, Artists, Designers and Entrepreneurs, located within Little Haiti at 8325 NE 2ndAvenue in Miami, Florida.

Univision is planning to utilize the space as a musician’s studio hub.

The walls and offices at MADE are designed apart from the average co-working space. Office doors are open for conversation. An on-site theatre provides for much needed laughter and breaks. MADE offers 24/7 access, free WiFi, customizable space, conference rooms, a mailing address for its members, printing services, coffee and beer.

“Conway Commercial has thoughtfully adapted this portion of the Little River District, creating a hot new destination for work and entertainment,” added Rodriguez Melo.

Conway Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Uptown Miami 8325, LLC, in the lease deal.
