Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates Everest Business Funding’s Relocation and Expansion

Tony Jones and Ryan Levy Represented Everest Business Funding in Securing a 27,706-Square-Foot Lease at the Office Campus at Downtown Doral

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated the relocation of Everest Business Funding to the Office Campus at Downtown Doral.

The Cushman & Wakefield Tenant Advisory Team of Executive Director Tony Jones and Director Ryan Levy represented Everest Business Funding in securing a 27,706-square-foot office lease in the Davenport Building at 8200 NW 52nd Terrace. Fairchild Partner’s Tony Puente represented the landlord, Codina Partners.

Everest Business Funding is a Miami-based commercial lender specializing in the healthcare, restaurant, service, trade, seasonal and retail industries. The company is relocating and expanding from 2001 NW 107th Avenue, where it formerly occupied 24,631 square feet. Everest Business Funding, which will employ 140 people in the space, is expected to move into the Davenport Building in September 2017.

The Davenport Building is a three-story, ±79,000-square-foot, Class A office asset developed in 1999 on a ±1.7-acre site. It is one of five Class A office buildings in the Office Campus at Downtown Doral park. The building features distinctive architecture, environmentally friendly design, elegant finishes, multiple amenities, lush landscaping and award-winning property management.

The Office Campus at Downtown Doral is located in the heart of Doral providing exceptional access to the city’s Government Center, major thoroughfares, public transportation, Miami International Airport and the adjacent to Trump National Doral Miami resort.
