Jane Bond, a top-producing sales associate, has affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Naples 5th Avenue office. Formerly with Compass, Bond has closed over $15 million in sales volume so far this year.

Among her many notable accomplishments, Bond just this March closed on the highest-priced condo ever in Naples, a penthouse closing for $14.75 million*. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home spans over 11,000-square feet of living space and rests on the twenty-second floor of the luxury building.

Prior to her career in real estate, Bond worked in interior design, entertainment and finance. She credits her success in luxury real estate to her well-rounded background and connection to the community. Outside of her work, Bond is active with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Miracle Limbs, among many others.
