Attorney Justin D. Luger Reappointed To Board Of Directors Of The Greater Miami Chamber Of Commerce

Justin D. Luger, an associate at Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman, has been reappointed to the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors. He has been a board member since 2016.

In addition, he has also been appointed to chair the Chamber’s Young Professionals Committee - HYPE –an acronym for “Helping Young Professionals Engage.” Luger has been the vice-chairman since 2016.

The Chamber has also tapped him to serve on the nominating committee, where he will be one of several professionals responsible for evaluating and approving the Chamber’s future slate of officers, board of directors and board of governors.

“The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce is a venerable and instrumental institution that has played, and continues to play, an important role in representing and shaping South Florida’s business community,” said Luger. “I look forward to continue working with the dedicated professionals at the Chamber as a board member, as well as in a leadership capacity with the HYPE and nominating committees.”

Luger works in the firm's litigation division and represents private and governmental entities in the South Florida area at both the state and federal level. He handles complex commercial, business and municipal/government litigation. At the municipal level, he represents local governments in litigation issues including zoning and land use regulations, the creation and dissolution of special districts, and Constitutional, civil rights, and negligence matters.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Emory University and is acum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2010. He is a proud Miami native.
