Arnstein & Lehr Adds Paul L. Zelnick as Corporate and Securities Associate

The national law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP welcomes Paul L. Zelnick to its Miami office as an associate and a member of the firm’s Corporate Transactions and Counseling law group.

Mr. Zelnick has expertise in advising public and private company clients on capital raising transactions, SEC registration, SEC reports and taking companies public. Mr. Zelnick also has experience in defending financial industry professionals facing securities litigation claims, securities arbitration, NFA arbitration, and SEC enforcement matters. In addition, Mr. Zelnick has represented individuals and businesses in buying, selling, investing in or leasing commercial and residential properties.

Prior to working in the corporate/securities law arena, Mr. Zelnick worked as a series 3 licensed commodities representative who provided investment advice and traded commodity options and managed futures on behalf of retail investors. Mr. Zelnick also has significant litigation experience. He spent several years representing individuals and small businesses in civil matters involving: property/casualty insurance claims, mortgage foreclosure, claims under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Mr. Zelnick earned a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University. He is fluent in French.
