Against the backdrop of a clear blue sky and endless turquoise ocean views, The Ocean Resort Residences opened its doors on Saturday, May 6 for an exclusive penthouse viewing party for the Fort Lauderdale Air Show. Over 200 VIP guests, including potential buyers, top brokers and media, were joined by members of the The Ocean Resort Residences’ new developer firm, the Heafey Group, for the spectacle event.
Located on A1A on Fort Lauderdale Beach, the event provided guests with stunning, unobstructed views of the show. Fighter jets soared by the 24th floor penthouse space, while guests enjoyed refreshing cocktails and delicious bites. Live entertainment continued indoors with local favorite DJ Dysquo.
Guests were able to tour brand-new, model residences on the 17th floor throughout the day, showcasing the continued progress of the project and setting the stage for its grand opening in late summer 2017.
