Pioneering Miami developer The Astor Companies has announced the addition of renowned South Florida Luxury Real Estate firm ONE Sotheby’s International Realty as the exclusive sales and marketing broker at Merrick Manor, a luxury residential project rising in the heart of Coral Gables.

Vertical construction is well underway at the 301 Altara Avenue site of the 10-story, 227-residence project. The Mediterranean villa-style building is on track for a scheduled completion during the first quarter of 2019. More than 50 percent of the project is under contract, with prices for remaining units starting in the $500,000s and ranging up to $3 million.

Jaxi Builders of Doral is the project’s general contractor.
