*Edmil Investments Corp., an asphalt paving company in operation for 15 years, has purchased a freestanding 15,245 SF warehouse located at 21005 Taft Street, Pembroke Pines, FL in a relocation of its corporate headquarters from Miami. According to Mr. Messina, Edmil Investments chose the location due to its location and combination of warehouse and land. Mr. Messina represented the landlord, Raychel Industries. Co-broker representing the buyer was Reshma Parvani of Parvani Commercial Group, Inc.

*Caslano, LLC dba Speedpro Imaging, a printing company in business for 10 years, has expanded its lease by 2,596 SF to total 5,192 SF of warehouse space within 1770-1778 N. Commerce Parkway, Weston, FL. Mr. Messina represented the tenant. The landlord, Exeter Property Group, represented itself.

Helen Weissman, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, and Kathleen Alberts, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, were responsible for the following lease:

*Nitrofill, LLC, a supplier of special air for tires in operation for 12 years, has leased 13,064 SF of industrial/showroom/warehouse space within Enterprise Commerce Center, 1520 South Powerline Road, Deerfield Beach, FL in a relocation from Pompano Beach. Ms. Weissman and Ms. Alberts represented the landlord, Sterling Properties FLA. Co-broker representing the tenant was Brian Ahearn of Coldwell Banker.

*The ICEE Company, a beverage company specializing in the popular frozen “icee” beverage, has leased 8,560 SF of office/warehouse space within Dania Beach Distribution Center, 11 SW 12 Avenue, in a relocation from Hallandale, FL. Ms. Weissman represented the tenant. The landlord, Mickey Tallard, represented himself.

*Vesta Production, LLC, a producer of digital printing and signs, has leased 3,500 SF of industrial/flex space for an additional location within 3800-3918 N. 29th Ave., Hollywood, FL. Ms. Weissman represented the landlord, Hollywood Distribution Center. Co-broker representing the tenant was Arthur Covas of International Lion Group.

Michael Eisner, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, handled the following lease renewal:

*Neu-Heart Extended Home Care, Inc., a medical testing company, has renewed its lease of 1,500 SF of retail space within Oakbrook Plaza, 7173 W. Oakland Park Blvd., Lauderhill, FL. Mr. Eisner represented the landlord, Ptolemaios Property, L.P. The tenant represented itself.
