Cresa South Florida announced today that Glenn Olson has rejoined the firm as its Project Management Principal. Olson who was previously with the firm from 2011 to 2015 decided to return and help build the Florida presence of the world’s largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm, which is growing and expanding. “To say that this is an exhilarating homecoming for me would be an understatement,” stated Olson.

Glenn brings years of substantial Fortune 500 experience in design, construction and project management. His area of expertise lies in the management of large projects, as he has personally completed major out-of-ground projects over 400,000 square feet. He is responsible for proper execution of contractual obligations on projects from inception to completion and attends all project meetings to ensure implementation of project requirementsto meet job schedules and budget constraints. Among other notable organizations, Glenn has managed significant projects for the likes of Microsoft Corporation, HIG Capital, Total Bank, Shutts& Bowen, Miami Dolphins, Cleveland Browns, Berkowitz Pollack Brant Advisors, Cross Country Healthcare. Mr. Olson is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, where he earned his Bachelor of Architecture.
