Pulte Homes offers 12 affordable designs starting at $299,990
New residences in one of Hollywood’s oldest neighborhoods will be on display for the first time on Saturday, May 6. Pulte Homes will be offering tours of the models under construction from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Parkview at Hillcrest, a gated development now under construction just west of I-95 at 1101 Hillcrest Drive.
A former golf course is being transformed into a highly livable, convenient community of 675 residences with 12 townhome and single-family floor plans. Sales consultants will be accepting contracts.
Parkview at Hillcrest is close to downtown Hollywood and the beach, but tucked away on a quiet street, shielded from noise and heavy traffic. The private entrance has easy access to Pembroke Road and Hollywood Boulevard; they connect to I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike.
