Move will support continued growth of the firm’s private wealth practice
In a move designed to accommodate continued growth, South Florida-based accounting firm Gerson Preston announces it will relocate its Boca Raton office, expanding its space by more than 75-percent. The move, which will take place by early fall, will provide Gerson Preston with a deeper platform to serve its existing client base, while providing additional resources to strengthen its private wealth practice across the region.
The firm’s new office, located at 1951 NW 19th Street in Boca Raton will encompass 5,300 square ft. of fully renovated space, and is conveniently located right off of Glades Road at the I-95 interchange. The space will be home to Gerson Preston’s 18 employees in Boca Raton, with the firm anticipating making additional hires over the next year ahead. As part of its 10-year lease, Gerson Preston will possess naming rights to the building.

This move comes on the heels of Gerson Preston’s Miami expansion effort, which took place last year when the firm moved its headquarters of 56-years from Miami Beach to Miami’s Design District, enabling it to be more central to the international and business epicenter of Miami. That office, located on the fourth floor of 4770 Biscayne Boulevard, encompasses 12,000 square-feet of fully renovated space in the heart of Miami’s new urban core.
The Boca Raton location will feature a similar footprint and amenity structure to that of Gerson Preston’s headquarters in Miami’s Design District, including a contemporary design in accordance with environmentally sustainable principles, such as LED lighting and motion detection to reduce energy consumption. Additionally, flat screen TV’s are featured in every office with full presentation capabilities and the firm’s has upgraded all IT functions to include full cloud capability with enhanced security.
