Six Sales Associates Leave Competition for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate

5/1/17

Six top-producing individual sales associates have left their competing brokerages for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Claudia Bruni, Rob Cashin, Paul Holm, Kenneth Knauf, Lisa Penzo and Starr Whiting are now affiliated with the company’s Marco Island office.

The associates were formerly affiliated with boutique brokerages, while two were previously affiliated with ReMax. Seeking expanded online marketing opportunities and resources to grow their business, the sales associates joined Coldwell Banker.

“The Coldwell Banker network is a powerful one in Southwest Florida and we’re very excited to grow our talent and market presence with these top agents,” said Stefan Bolsen, branch manager, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Marco Island.

Collectively, the sales associates closed over $26 million in sales volume and nearly 50 transactions within the last year.
