Brinkley Morgan Attorney Gordon James III Served as Moderator at NBI Judicial Forum in Fort Lauderdale

Attorney Gordon James III, a partner with the South Florida-based law firm Brinkley Morgan, recently served as program moderator at the National Business Institute’s (NBI) Judicial Forum on Thurs., April 27 at the Holiday Inn Fort Lauderdale Airport.

The program, which is titled “As Judges See It: Top Mistakes Attorneys Make in Civil Litigation,” provided attorneys with tips and insights from local judges on obtaining court information vital to a case; what judges consider when ruling on evidence spoliation and privilege disputes; aiding judges in resolving cases quickly; what documents and information judges want and need in motion hearings and pre-trial conferences; bench vs. jury trial case presentations, and more.  NBI has been providing continuing legal education and training since 1983.  For more information, visit www.nbi-sems.com.  

About Gordon James III

With more than 40 years of experience, James is Florida Bar Board Certified in Civil Trial law. He is experienced in handling high-risk cases and regional litigation management in commercial, drug & medical device and product liability cases.
