NFP Structured Settlements Managing Partner Michael Goodman Re-Elected to NSSTA Board of Directors

NFP Structured Settlements, one of the largest structured settlement firms in the United States, is pleased to announce that Managing Partner Michael W. Goodman has been re-elected to the board of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA). He will serve a three-year term.

Founded in 1985, the NSSTA represents nearly 1,200 licensed consultants, attorneys, insurance companies and other professionals who work with accident survivors and their dependents. As one of 11 board members, Goodman, who served as president of NSSTA in 2014, will work to help the association remain the leading voice of the structured settlement industry.

“The NSSTA is a vital organization to the structured settlement industry and I look forward to advancing the successes of this organization, specifically its Growth Committee,” said Goodman. “As the structured settlement industry continues to evolve, we must learn how to adapt and grow with it.”

Goodman received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Williams College.
