‘Dusty Shoe’ on April 2 2opens doors to clubhouse in Port St. Lucie
It’s not quite done, but the clubhouse at Veranda Gardens will be ready for visitors on April 22. The DiVosta Homes community now under construction in Port St. Lucie is opening its gates for an early look at amenities that range from an outdoor barefoot bar to a resort-style spa and a dog park.
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., visitors will get the first look at nearly 9,000 square feet that’s being transformed into an inviting space for residents to work out, relax and have fun with friends.Veranda Gardens is just east of Florida’s Turnpike near the Southeast Becker Road exit.
Tour guests will walk through the early stages of a catering kitchen, 1,750-square-foot community activity room, and a 1,500-square foot, state-of-the-art fitness room. They will also see where residents will gather around a fire pit, barbecue grills and a resort-style pool. And they’ll tour the sites for the tot lot, event lawn and tennis courts.
After the exclusive tour, visitors can inspect models and quick move-in homes to learn more about the seven floor plans being offered. Sales consultants at the on-site office will have details andtake contracts.
“The clubhouse will be center of life for Veranda Gardens residents,” said Brent Baker, president of PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida division. “They’ll have many indoor activities to choose from and can create their own fun around the pool, courts and parks.”
