FORT LAUDERDALE HIGHLIGHTS

Overview

- Overall condo and single family markets showed a higher median sales price, flat to modest sales gains and only slight changes to inventory

- Luxury condo median sales price moved as luxury single family median price decline was caused by a similar decline in sales size.

- One of the stronger housing markets in South Florida
