U.S. Century Bank has announced two new additions to its Aventura Banking Center; Hilda Alvarez-Weisz has been hired as Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer for the area, and Shivani Persaud will assume the position of Vice President and Branch Manager.

In their respective roles, Alvarez-Weisz and Persaud will be responsible for the sales and service culture of the Bank’s Aventura location. They will also oversee the development of branch staff as well as overall growth of the banking center.

Alvarez-Weisz brings more than 15 years of banking experience to the Aventura area where she resides. She was previously a senior vice president at Valley National Bank where she developed and helped open its banking center in Aventura.

Persaud also joins U.S. Century from Valley National Bank where she was responsible for managing daily branch operations and personnel. Persaudwill manage U.S. Century’s Aventura Banking Center located at18201 Biscayne Boulevard.
