Attorney Kenneth A. Gordon, a partner with the South Florida-based law firm Brinkley Morgan, will serve as a speaker at the Lake County Bar Association’s 23rd Annual Family Law Conference on Fri., April 21 in Fort Lauderdale.

The Lake County Bar Association provides professional support, education and networking opportunities to lawyers, judges and other legal professionals in Lake County, Illinois. Lawyers from the Chicago area will be attending the two-day seminar hosted at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort.  Gordon will be presenting on the topic of alimony. 

As a Florida Bar board-certified specialist in marital and family law, Gordon has extensive experience in handling complex family law matters, including adoption, parental responsibility and timesharing disputes, dissolutions of marriage, alimony, business valuations, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, equitable distribution, domestic partnership agreements, appeals and all other family law related matters.  He currently serves as the head of Brinkley Morgan’s Family Law Department and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has lectured extensively and published numerous articles on a variety of family law topics.  Gordon was recently recognized as one of Miami’s “Top 100 Lawyers” for family law in the 2016 edition of Super Lawyers magazine.
