Spark’s expertise in creating impactful and carefully tailored experiences put them in the perfect position to aid Casino @ Dania Beach to develop and execute an unforgettable vibe for guests.
Spark’s usual hands-on approach includes multiple site visits to become immersed in the surroundings and understand firsthand what it should feel like to have the best guest experience possible regarding entertainment. This inside view equips Spark with knowledge to develop a strategic plan encompassing communications, service, events, activities and ambience. As plans were developed, they were strongly aligned with the operationalization of the new experience. Additionally, Spark developed comprehensive training materials to support the new vision and get everyone on the same page to deliver the same consistent experience to guests across the property.
