Boutique luxury condominium on schedule for delivery during first quarter of 2018

Newgard Development has topped off Gale Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach, a 12-story boutique luxury condominium located a block from the Atlantic Ocean. A ceremonial palm tree was placed on the roof while an American Flag was hoisted by a crane to commemorate the major milestone.

On Thursday, March 24, general contractor G.T. McDonald hosted a special lunch event for all of the men and women who are working hard to construct the luxury condominium project and deliver it on time. Newgard executives were also on hand to thank the crews and show their appreciation.

“We couldn’t be any happier with the progress we are making,” said Harvey Hernandez, Newgard CEO. “Jerry McDonald and his team have done a tremendous job getting us to this point. I, like many others, can’t wait to see the final product early next year.”

Sales have gone extremely well at Gale Residences. The project is more than 90 percent sold with just a handful of condominium units left and only a few Beach Homes available for purchase. Buyers have come from all over, including South Florida, the northeast U.S., Canada, South America and Mexico.

Altogether, Gale Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach offers 129 fully-finished units. The one, two and three-bedroom residences range from 800 to 2,100 square feet. Prices start in the $700,000s, making it the most attainable luxury condominium project on the beach. The developer is also offering a beach home collection starting in the upper $800,000s, representing another great value.

Newgard Development Group is developing the Gale Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach next door to the former Escape Hotel, a historic building that is being completely rehabilitated and rebranded as Gale – a popular hotel brand on South Beach.

Gale Residences offers countless amenities and services including: a private residents-only pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, exclusive club room with fully equipped show kitchen and bar, an outdoor fitness and meditation area, private movie theater and charging stations for electric cars.
