The construction company that is under contract to expand and improve Terminal 4 at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is looking to hire several subcontractors to bid the T4 CBIS.
Munilla Construction Management LLC (MCM) is completing the eastern expansion of the new Concourse G, which includes eight gates, demolition of existing Concourse H, construction of the Broward County Aviation Department offices and the reconfiguration of the Security Screening Check Point.
MCM has partnered with Beumer Group to bid the Checked Baggage Inspection System (CBIS) project. For this project, they need millwrights, block masons, concrete, mechanical (HVAC), electrical, plumbing and fire protection subcontractors. Firms are required to be Broward County Business Enterprises (CBE) and have experience with aviation projects.
On Friday, March 31, MCM and Beumer Group are hosting an event from noon to 1:30 p.m. where attendees can learn about the subcontracting opportunities while enjoying light bites and refreshments.
