Peter Cottontail is hopping down the bunny trail all the way to BRIO Tuscan Grille at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens. BRIO will be celebrating springtime with its fun-filled Bunny Brunch for the entire family. Kids can enjoy Easter activities and a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny himself.

Ham and Biscuit Benedict: Poached cage-free eggs, Cherrywood smoked ham, housemade biscuit, grilled asparagus, hollandaise and brunch potatoes

Scrambled Eggs*, Home Fries & Bacon: Three farm fresh scrambled eggs with brunch potatoes and bacon

Berries and Cream French Toast: Honey, cinnamon, sweet cream cheese and fresh berry compote; served with Applewood smoked bacon

Sicilian Omelet: Cherrywood smoked ham, bacon, sausage, caramelized onions, tomato compote, Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan and brunch potatoes
