Celebrating its 30th Anniversary during Florida Bike Month, North Miami Beach-based Sapoznik Insurance, an independently owned and one of the largest employee benefits agency’s in South Florida focused on health and wellness, teamed up with the City of North Miami Beach as the presenting sponsor of the second annual BIKE 305’s Ciclovía Event. Rachel Sapoznik and team members from Sapoznik Insurance gave away 30 bicycles to children in the community to commemorate their 30th anniversary.
Ciclovia, a Spanish word for bikeway, took place on Sunday, March 19 from 1:00-5 p.m. at North Miami Beach City Hall. The event featured health information booths, vendors, giveaways, health food, bike rodeo sessions for children and much more. Commissioner Anthony DeFillipo, who coordinated the event, was in attendance along with Mayor George Vallejo and City Manager Ana Garcia to promote physical fitness, bike safety and family fun!
