Kammer, Co-Partner in Charge of the Miami office and National Business Unit Leader of the firm’s Insurance Practice,was selected for inclusion in The International Who's Who of Insurance & Reinsurance Lawyers 2017. The list of the world's foremost insurance and reinsurance lawyers was identified by Who's Who Legal as a result of its independent research with companies, clients, and peers. Only 281 individuals from the United States were selected for inclusion. Kammer was one of only four selected from the State of Florida.

Kammer focuses on the representation of insurers nationally. He has been involved in many significant third party coverage disputes including cases that interpreted an insurance company’s duty to defend and indemnify, breach of policy conditions, claims involving bad faith and unfair and deceptive trade practices, as well as coverage obligations for construction defect, pollution, trademark and patent infringement claims.

He is a Fellow for the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel (ACCEC), Past National Co-Chair for the American Bar Association's Trial Evidence Committee and Past National Co-Chair for the American Bar Association’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee. Kammer holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from Macalester College.
