Sun Capital Partners, Inc., a leading private investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts and investments in market-leading companies, today announced that an affiliate has completed the acquisition of Arrow Tru-Line, Inc., the market-leading manufacturer and distributor of garage door hardware and fittings. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1970, Arrow Tru-Line has built its brand on providing a wide range of high-quality products for both residential and commercial customers. The Archbold, Ohio-based Company currently operates two plants and four distribution centers in the U.S. and Canada.

Arrow Tru-Line is the leading independent manufacturer and supplier of critical hardware components for the U.S. sectional overhead door market. The Company sells to OEMs, dealers, and distributors. Sun Capital sees considerable potential to grow the business through maximizing operational efficiencies and reducing procurement costs.
