The FAR-BAR “As-Is” Contract is the most frequently used contract in residential real estate purchase and sale transactions. Due to its complexity and ever changing language, Groisman determined that more clients were reaching out to her for clarification about the FAR-BAR“As-Is”Contract. In response, Groisman created an in-depth review specifically geared towards real estate brokers and sales associates, providing them with the most current laws, strategies, pitfalls, tips and tricks to best represent their clients. Currently the series is being held in-house with various large real estate brokerages throughout South Florida.
