Compass, a technology-driven real estate platform, announced today the acquisition of Barclays Real Estate Group, a boutique luxury agency located in Miami Beach.
Effective immediately, Mathieu Rochette, owner and CEO of Barclays Real Estate Group, joins Compass along with more than 30 agents from his firm.
Founded in 2003 by Rochette, Barclay’s Real Estate Group has become a pre-eminent boutique luxury agency with expertise in Miami Beach, South Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Sunny Isles, Surfside, Bal Harbour and more. Named by the Miami Association of Realtors as a Top 15 Broker in 2015, Rochette specializes in luxury residential and commercial real estate, from waterfront mansions on the Intracoastal to condos overlooking the Miami skyline. Barclay’s Real Estate Group is also distinguished for its international reach and expertise in marketing properties to a global network.
