Three Attorneys Join Kelley Kronenberg’s Fort Lauderdale Office

Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse, full service business law firm, announced that attorneys Allison L. Cucinotta, Alexander D. Kochman and Jacob Shaked have joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.

Ms. Cucinotta focuses her practice on Workers’ Compensation defense. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, she worked as an attorney for a South Florida bankruptcy and debt relief firm. Additionally, she gained experience in healthcare law by serving as a Law Clerk for the in-house counsel of a point of care medication dispensing company. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University, Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences. She also received her Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and ninth in her graduating class. Ms. Cucinotta is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Kochman focuses his practice on First Party Insurance Defense Litigation. He is experienced in handling insurance and liability defense matters including first party homeowner’s insurance, bodily injury, and personal injury protection claims. Mr. Kochman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Social Science from Florida State University. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law where he served as the Treasurer of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and was honored by the Pro Bono Honor Program for his volunteer work. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.

Mr. Shaked focuses his practice on Real Property Litigation and Workers’ Compensation defense. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a Law Clerk for a Personal Injury law firm in Miami where he gained experience in First Party Property insurance claims. Mr. Shaked earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies from the University of Miami. He continued on at the University of Miami, earning his Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude, from the university’s School of Law.  During his time in law school, Mr. Shaked served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Migna Sanchez-Llorens of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.
