Miami Gardens Neighborhood Shopping Center Sold

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has arranged the sale of 441 Plaza, a 38,100-square-foot neighborhood shopping center in Miami Gardens, Florida. The sales price is $9,075,000.

“We generated five qualified offers from a diverse investor pool of local and out-of-state buyers,” says Drew A. Kristol, vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office. “The winning bidder was specifically attracted by the location’s population density and the center’s diverse tenant mix.”

Kristol and Kirk D. Olson, vice president investments, represented the seller, and procured the buyer, a South American commercial real estate investment group.

Plaza 441 is located on the northeast corner of NW 207th St. and U.S. Route 441 in Miami Gardens, west of Interstate 95 and near the Florida Turnpike.
