Ahead of the Ft. Additionally, the property is strategically located at 1500 SW 17^th Street in Fort Lauderdale’s Shady Banks neighborhood. It lies directly across from the country’s largest marine repair facility, Lauderdale Marine Center (LMC) acquired by the Carlyle Group in 2015.

The growth of the marine industry is partly fueled by the demand from large-yacht owners as boating grows in popularity in South Florida. Harbour Twenty-Six is located minutes away from downtown Fort Lauderdale, currently experiencing a growth spurt.
