The acquisition closed February 10, 2016. Details were not disclosed.

Enterprise 24x7 provides high quality, reliable technical assistance and IT consulting services to government agencies and private companies. Its services include database development and administration, system and network administration, and software development.

The buyer, E&E Technical Consultants, offers all levels of skilled IT professionals to clients in centralPennsylvania.
