(EPI), headquartered in Mineral Wells, Texas, by Tilley Capital, LLC, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. The transaction closed on June 30, 2016.
EPI is a medical device company engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of Alpha-Stim, a handheld, non-invasive device used to treat anxiety, insomnia, depression, and pain. EPI’s patented technology is sold worldwide, with product literature in 19 different languages. The company sells through independent representatives and distributors. EPI also markets its products to the US Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs.
