EWM Realty International Adds Nine New Associates To Its Key Biscayne Branch

Esslinger?Wooten?Maxwell (EWM) Realty International, one of the nation’s largest residential real estate firms and the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate for Miami-Dade and Broward counties, is proud to announce that nine associates —Christian Balbontin, Vania Campos, Christian Cevallos, Edward Crews, Lourdes Garrido, Ibis Noda, Claudia Nuñez, Tania Peck and Ansberto Rachad Jaimes— have joined the company’s Key Biscayne office, located at 644 Crandon Blvd.

Christian Balbontin, owner, of Highland Adventures in Key Biscayne. Originally from Chile, Balbontin has been in Florida for 16 years and earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from the University of Virginia.

Before joining EWM, Vania Campos worked as a naturalist for Biscayne Nature Center in Miami. Originally from Nicaragua, she studied graphic design in Spain and has spent the last eight years in Florida.

Christian Cevallos joins EWM with 15 years of real estate experience from South Bay Developers in Miami where he worked as a general manager. Cevallos holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida International University and is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors. Born in Mexico, he has lived in Florida for 15 years.

Edward Crews worked as the commercial director for Trayecto in Peru. Crews earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Syracuse in New York and a master’s degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona.

Lourdes Garrido brings 30 years of real estate experience to EWM from One Sotheby’s International Realty in Coral Gables where she worked as an estate agent. Garrido has been a member of the City of Coral Gables property advisory board, project newborn and Ronald McDonald House.

Ibis Noda served as an administrative aide for the City of Miami Police Department. Noda is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Barry University.

Claudia Nuñez was previously a teacher at Plymouth Preschool in Coconut Grove. Nuñez holds a bachelor’s degree in education and is a member of the Diamond Society of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Originally from Peru, she has lived in Florida for 15 years.

Tania Peck previously worked as the marketing director for Nestea Europe. Peck brings more than 10 years of real estate experience to EWM and holds an MBA from the University of Miami.

Ansberto Rachad Jaimes previously served as vice president of M Accesorios Automotrices in Venezuela. Rachad Jaimes earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Venezuela.
